Once upon a time sweaters were created for friends, and they told their friends who then told their friends and so on and so on and OTO DESIGN was born. OTO stands for One Time Only. My sweaters are all designed and hand made by me. Not one is the same.
Living in the Pacific North West means you must own one. It’s like wearing a blanket, it’s good for your bones...good for the soul.
